Mental Wellbeing

Young Minds is a national UK charity aiming to promote the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. Advisers give information and advice about the mental health of a child or young person and can refer you to a specialist professional for one hour of free telephone advice.

A self help website sponsored by the Human Givens Institute with some good ideas, based on the latest thinking about depression.

Mind works to create a better life for all who have experienced mental distress. They have some good online leaflets including ‘How to deal with … Anger’ and ‘How to Parent when you are in a Crisis.’
